Where the money leaks

You are not losing sales. You are losing replies.

Four places it goes. You will recognise at least one.

11:40 pm, Saturday

Somebody asks the price. Nobody answers.

They saw the post, they wanted it, they typed. By morning they have found it somewhere else. That message was money and it timed out.

Every day, forty times

The same three questions.

How much. You still have it. Where you at. You are a human search engine for your own stock, and it eats the hours you needed for actual work.

Ten times a week

“Send me pictures of what you have in a medium.”

Now somebody has to walk the shelf, remember what is left in that size, dig out the photos and send them one at a time. Nobody can hold a whole stockroom in their head, so the customer sees a fraction of what you actually have.

Whenever you put the phone down

Nothing can be bought without you.

No order goes through unless a person types it. Your business closes when you close your eyes, and it cannot grow past what two thumbs can handle.

However they type it

It answers back in the language they wrote in.

Nobody has to switch to English to buy from you. The customer types in whatever they speak, the bot reads it and answers in that same language β€” same price, same stock, same answer. One question, three languages, below.

English

how much for the family bucket?

Family Bucket is $34 β€” 8 pieces, two sides and rolls πŸ— Ready in 15 minutes.

KreyΓ²l Ayisyen

konbyen family bucket la koute?

Family Bucket la koute $34 β€” 8 moso poul, de akonpayman ak ti pen πŸ— L ap pare nan 15 minit.

EspaΓ±ol

ΒΏcuΓ‘nto cuesta el family bucket?

El Family Bucket cuesta $34 β€” 8 piezas, dos acompaΓ±amientos y panecillos πŸ— Listo en 15 minutos.

No menu, no “press 2 for Spanish”, nothing for the customer to choose. It works out what they wrote and stays in it for the whole conversation β€” the questions, the prices, the payment details, the message when the driver is on his way. Included on every build with the AI sales layer.

Proof

We built it on our own store first.

THE PLUG 242 is a working sneaker business in Nassau. It runs on the exact system we are selling you β€” the same bot, the same live inventory, the same order flow. Not a demo account. Not a mockup in a portfolio.

The shop happens to sell sneakers. The system does not care what you sell. Swap shoes for plates, appointments or parts and it is the same four questions, asked at the same awkward hours, answered the same way.

How it works

Four steps, no hourly surprises.

Step one β€” free

Call

Thirty minutes. We ask what you sell, where your orders come from now, and what you repeat all day. Mostly we listen.

Step two β€” 3 days

Plan

You get it in writing: what gets built, what it costs, when it lands, and what is not included. One fixed price. You approve before anything starts.

Step three

Build

50% to start. You see it on a live link as it goes up, not at the end. Two rounds of changes are included.

Step four

Handover and care

50% on launch. We hand you the logins and show you how to run it. Anything that breaks in the first 30 days, we fix free.

Straight answers

The things you were going to ask carefully.

Your domain and hosting stay in your name.

We register them on your account, with your email, on your card. You get the logins on day one and they stay yours. If you ever want to work with somebody else, you take the whole thing and go β€” no phone calls, no ransom, no waiting on us. We think holding a client's domain hostage is the reason people around here are nervous about hiring anybody, so we make it impossible for ourselves to do it.

We reply within 4 business hours

Not "fast turnaround." Four hours, business days. If we cannot hold it we will not print it.

30-day fix warranty

Anything that breaks after launch that was ours to build, we fix free for 30 days. In writing, in the contract.

Registered and licensed

Business licence and NIB, both current. We can send the numbers before you pay a dollar.

Real contract, fixed price

Scope written down, price agreed up front, revisions counted. No hourly billing and no invoice you did not see coming.

Before you ask

Questions we get every week.

Will the bot sound like a robot to my customers?

It sounds like your business, because we write it in your words and your greetings. It knows your stock, your prices, your delivery areas and your rules. When it does not know something it says so and passes the chat to you instead of guessing. You can read a real conversation on the case study page and judge for yourself.

Half my customers write in Creole. Can it handle that?

Yes, and nobody has to ask it to. The bot reads what they wrote, works out the language and answers in that same one β€” English, Haitian Creole or Spanish β€” with the same prices, the same stock and the same payment details. It stays in that language for the rest of the conversation, right through to the message saying the driver is outside. There is no menu and nothing for the customer to pick.

What if it tells somebody the wrong price?

It does not carry its own price list. It reads the same live stock record you update, so a price is only wrong if it is wrong in your own system. You can also lock any product so the bot must hand it to a human before quoting.

I already have a website and I hate it. Can you fix that one?

Sometimes. Send us the link before you spend anything. If it can be saved we will tell you, and if starting over is cheaper than repairing it we will tell you that too, even though it is the smaller job.

Do I have to take the monthly plan?

On the Presence and Business tiers, no β€” you can take the keys and go. On Commerce and the AI sales layer, yes, minimum six months. Those are live systems talking to customers and money. We are not handing over something we cannot keep running and then watching it break with your name on it.

How much do I have to be involved?

One 30-minute call, one round of gathering your photos and prices, and two review passes. Most of it is us. The part only you can do is telling us what your customers actually ask.

Will this put me at the top of Google?

Nobody can promise that, and anybody who does is selling you something. What we do is build the pages so search engines can read them, set up your Google Business Profile properly, and put your real service and location words where they belong. That is process, not a ranking guarantee.

What happens if I stop paying the monthly?

The site and your domain stay yours β€” they are in your name, so nothing switches off out of spite. What stops is our work: updates, monitoring and bot tuning. On AI builds we give you 30 days' notice and a handover so nothing goes dark by surprise.
