Services

Five tiers.
Start where you are.

Most people need the first or the fourth. Read the deliverables, not the tier name — the name is just a shelf to put it on.

Presence · B$1,200–2,000 · 1–2 weeks

People are searching your business name and finding nothing.

This is the smallest thing that fixes that. A short, fast site built for a phone, with one clear way to reach you.

  • Four to five pages — home, about, services or products, contact, and one more where you need it
  • Built phone-first, because that is where nearly everyone will see it
  • WhatsApp click-to-chat button on every page, with the first message already typed for them
  • Contact form that reaches you without you checking a dashboard
  • Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up — hours, location, photos, categories
  • Your logo used properly, or a simple wordmark if you do not have one

Good for: a salon, a contractor, a food truck, a service business that mostly needs to be found and reached.

Business · B$2,500–4,500 · 3–4 weeks

You have a lot to show and no good place to put it.

A full site with your actual catalogue, menu or service list in it — plus a way for people to book or ask about a specific thing.

  • Eight to twelve pages, structured so people find things without asking you
  • A browsable catalogue or menu, or a booking flow for appointments
  • Gallery built to load fast on mobile data, not a folder of huge photos
  • Forms for quotes, bookings or enquiries, going where you actually read them
  • On-page search work — your services and locations written where search engines read them
  • Everything from the Presence tier

Good for: a restaurant with a real menu, a clinic, a hardware store, a company with several services and staff.

Commerce · B$5,000–9,000 · 4–8 weeks

Somebody wants to buy at 3am and there is no way to let them.

A real store. Stock that counts itself down, a checkout that works, and an order that is sitting there waiting when you wake up.

  • Full storefront with categories, search and product pages
  • Live inventory — sizes, variants and counts, so nothing sells twice
  • Checkout and payment, set up with your bank or processor
  • Order flow from paid to packed to delivered, with the statuses you actually use
  • Delivery zones and pricing — island by island if you need it
  • Automatic order confirmations and receipts to the customer
  • A simple screen for your staff to work from on their own phones
  • Everything from the Business tier

Note: the Care Plan is required with this tier, minimum six months. A store is a live system handling money — we explain the reasoning on the pricing page.

AI sales layer · B$3,500–7,500 setup · 3–6 weeks

The one that answers so you do not have to.

A WhatsApp bot that knows your stock and your rules. It handles the repeat questions, quotes real prices, takes the order, and passes anything unusual to a human. This is the system we run on our own store — see the case study.

  • Answers product, price, size and availability questions from your live stock
  • Takes an order start to finish, including payment instructions and delivery details
  • Knows your rules — deposits, delivery areas, what you will and will not do
  • Hands off to you the moment it is out of its depth, and says so plainly to the customer
  • Reads photos a customer sends and works out what they are asking about
  • Written in your voice, with your greetings — not a stock chatbot script
  • Replies in whatever language the customer wrote in — English, Haitian Creole or Spanish — with the same prices and the same answers, no menu to pick from
  • A daily summary of what it handled and what it passed to you

Add-ons that fit here: voice note handling, Instagram DMs on the same brain, and a translated version of the website itself. See the list below.

Note: the Care Plan is required with this tier, minimum six months.

Care plan · B$200–600/month · ongoing

Somebody has to keep it running. That is the job.

A website is not furniture. Things change — your prices, your stock, your hours, the platforms it talks to. The care plan is what keeps the thing you paid for working a year later.

  • Hosting, domain renewal reminders and SSL kept current
  • Software and security updates
  • Content edits — prices, photos, hours, new products, staff changes
  • Bot tuning as you learn what customers actually ask
  • Uptime monitoring, so we usually know before you do
  • A monthly report: what came in, what the bot handled, what needs your attention

Required on Commerce and AI Sales Layer builds, minimum six months. Optional on Presence and Business.

Add-ons

Bolt these onto any tier.

Priced per job once we know the size of it. Ask on the call.

  • Website in a second language The bot already answers in Haitian Creole, Spanish or English on its own — that comes with the AI sales layer at no extra cost. This is the site itself translated, page for page, with a switch in the menu.
  • Voice note handling Half of business here runs on voice notes. The bot listens, understands and replies — no more holding the phone to your ear to find out somebody wanted a size 9.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram DM automation One system answering both inboxes, with the same stock and the same rules.
  • 360° product spin photography Turn a product all the way around on the page. We built this for sneakers; it works just as well on furniture, auto parts, jewellery and plates of food.
  • Catalogue and menu digitisation We shoot it, cut the backgrounds, price it and publish it. You hand over the products, we hand back a catalogue.
  • Google Business Profile and reviews Profile set up properly, plus a simple funnel that asks happy customers for a review at the right moment.
  • Brand kit Wordmark, colours, type and social templates, so everything you post looks like it came from the same business.
  • Content retainer A monthly social calendar and product descriptions written for you, so the site and the feed do not go stale.
  • Automated invoices and receipts Order confirmations, receipts and invoices sent the moment they are earned, with your details on them.
