Here are the prices.

You should not have to book a call to find out what something costs. Everything below is in Bahamian dollars. The range moves with the size of the job, and your exact number is fixed in writing before you pay anything.

If you just want a website

Plenty of businesses are not ready for a bot, and there is no sense selling one to somebody who does not want it. Presence and Business are ordinary websites — well built, fast, found on Google, and nothing answering the phone. That is a real option and it is priced like one, from B$1,200.

Every demo shows both numbers: what that exact build costs with the bot, and what the same site costs without it. The Ship242 site is B$8,800 built; the same site with nothing answering is B$4,800.

What you give up is the part that works while you sleep. The site still gets you found and still looks the same — messages just sit there until you get to them, the way they do now. The care plan drops to B$150 a month, because there are no conversations to pay for.

You can add the bot later without rebuilding anything. That is deliberate: start where your budget is, and if the site starts bringing in more messages than you can answer, that is the moment the bot pays for itself.

Add-ons — voice notes, a translated version of the site, 360° photography, catalogue shoots, brand kit — are priced per job once we have seen the scope. They are listed on the services page.

Terms

How the money works.

50% to start, 50% on launch

Half the agreed price books your slot and starts the work. The other half is due when the site goes live, not before.

Fixed price, written down

The number in your proposal is the number on your invoice. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope we quote it separately, and you say yes or no before we build it.

Two rounds of revisions

Included in every build. Past that we keep working at an agreed rate — and we tell you when you are getting close, rather than putting it on the bill afterwards.

30-day fix warranty

If something we built breaks in the first 30 days after launch, we fix it free. New features are not bug fixes, and we will always be straight with you about which one you are asking for.

The care plan is required on Commerce and AI builds.

Minimum six months, and we would rather say so on the price list than in the small print. A store and a bot are not files sitting on a server — they are live systems talking to your customers about money, on top of platforms that change without asking us. Payment rules move. WhatsApp changes something. Your stock and prices shift every week.

We do not hand over a system we cannot keep running. When it breaks at 9pm on a Friday it has your name on it, not ours, and the only way we can stand behind it is if we are still holding it. If that is not what you want, take the Presence or Business tier — no monthly required, keys handed over, and no hard feelings.

Money questions

The awkward ones, answered.

Why is there a range instead of one price?

Because a five-page site for a barber and a five-page site for a construction company with twelve services are not the same job. The range covers the honest spread. After one call we give you a single fixed number, and that number does not move unless you ask for something new.

What pushes me to the top of a range?

Volume and complexity. Lots of products, the whole site translated as well as the bot, a booking system with staff and schedules, payments with unusual rules, or content that has to be created from scratch rather than handed to us. We tell you which of these applies to you on the call, before the proposal.

Are there costs that are not yours?

Yes, and we would rather you hear them now. A domain runs roughly B$20–40 a year. Payment processors take their own percentage per sale. The AI bot has a running cost per conversation, which is small but real, and we show you the actual figure rather than burying it. All of these are billed to your accounts in your name, not marked up through us.

Do you do payment plans?

On the larger builds, yes — we can split the balance across the build instead of taking it in two pieces. Ask on the call. We would rather structure it properly at the start than chase an invoice later.

Is the bot cheaper than hiring somebody?

Run the numbers yourself rather than taking our word. Compare the setup and the monthly against what a part-time person costs to answer the same messages, and remember the bot works nights, Sundays and holidays. If it does not come out ahead for your business, we will tell you that on the call.

What if I want to leave?

After the minimum term, give us 30 days. Your domain, hosting and site are already in your name, so there is nothing to hand back — we just stop. We will do a proper handover with whoever takes over, and we do not hold anything hostage on the way out.
