This did not start as an agency. It started as a sneaker shop in Nassau with a phone that would not stop buzzing.
The problem was never getting people interested. People were plenty interested. The problem was that every single one of them had to be answered by hand — the same questions, all day, and then again at midnight, and again on Sunday. Checking the stock. Typing the price. Working out whether a women's 10 was the size she actually meant. Somewhere in there, orders were quietly slipping away because a message sat unread for six hours.
So we built something to answer them. It took a long time and a lot of nights, and the first versions were bad. But it got good — good enough that it now handles the store's conversations, checks live stock, takes orders and passes them to a driver, while everybody is asleep.
Then other business owners started asking what we were using. It turned out that nearly every shop, restaurant and salon in this country has the exact same leak, just with different products in it.
That is the whole company. We are not a design studio that discovered chatbots. We are a business that fixed its own worst problem and found out other people had it too.
