how do deposits work
Deposits are held by your attorney, not by us — we never take client money directly. Stamp duty and legal costs are set out in writing before anything is signed. If you would like, I can put you with a Bahamian attorney we work with regularly.

what will the duty come to
Stamp duty and legal costs are separate from the price and are set out in writing before anything is signed. I would rather your attorney give you the figure than have me estimate it.
A purchase above B$750,000 supports a permanent residency application. We would put you with a Bahamian attorney early — it is not something to handle informally.
